A variety of drill-downs and drill-through combined with advanced analytical options, such as ranking and sorting, as well as sophisticated graphing, charting and conditional formatting allows business users to investigate performance and identify specific organizational dynamics, trends and events and the drivers behind them. For example, if a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) stoplight is yellow or red, BI-Metrix enables the user to drill-down to the analysis layer to explore the KPI from multiple perspectives or dimensions. Once they discover the root cause of the problem, they can drill-through to lower levels of detail to identify the customers or products affected by the problem and take action.

Drill-through to lower level of detail

By double-clicking on any value, you can dive into the underlying transactions or more detailed data. BI-Metrix facilitates drill-through to view the underlying detailed data for a selected cell and places drill-through data on a neighboring worksheet.
